Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Consultant with strong ServiceNow platform and workflow expertise to lead functional solutioning, translate business requirements into technical configurations, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small project teams and serve as the functional solution lead for ServiceNow implementations.
• Specialize in 1 2 ServiceNow offerings and recommend optimized workflow solutions.
• Translate business requirements into configuration needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow automation, and AI integration.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development.
• Guide customers on user stories, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to ServiceNow best practices and knowledge sharing across the consulting team.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or equivalent experience and education.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, workflows, and functional solutioning.
• Experience in requirements gathering, Agile user stories, process improvement, and automation.
• Ability to mentor team members and collaborate with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI to business processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
