Mattress Sales Consultant

Mattress Firm is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional, consultative service in our retail showrooms. In this role, you'll guide customers through mattress and sleep product options, assess their sleep needs, and recommend tailored solutions. You'll demonstrate products, explain financing and promotions, and close sales while meeting individual and store targets. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess sleep needs to recommend appropriate mattresses and accessories
• Deliver expert product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and financing options
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle basic financing paperwork
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, merchandising standards, and accurate inventory displays
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store targets and support a positive culture
