The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK.
• Handle a variety of issues including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service on demand-led shifts.
• Work independently, starting and finishing from your home address.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Problem-solving skills and confidence in automotive craft.
