Houston:
Two 3-7 years associates with insurance defense; general personal injury; commercial transportation; and/or construction defect experience.
Will consider candidates with 8+ year experience with significant relevant substantive experience
Austin:
Two 5-7 years associates with insurance defense; general personal injury; and/or commercial transportation experience.
One 7+ year attorney with significant construction defect experience.  Trial experience is preferred.
Dallas:
3-7  years associate with insurance defense; general personal injury; commercial transportation; and/or construction defect experience.
San Antonio:
3-7 years associate with insurance defense; general personal injury; and/or commercial transportation experience.
We also are open to considering strong candidates with experience in the Firm’s largest practice areas:  construction litigation (defect and personal injury); commercial transportation; general personal injury; premises liability; and products liability.  Trial experience is a plus.
