Senior .NET Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using .NET technologies. As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in the entire software development lifecycle and provide technical leadership to the team.

Responsibilities:

1.            Application Development:

o             Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core/ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework.

o             Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs as required.

2.            Database Management:

o             Design and manage SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning.

3.            Frontend Development:

o             Develop responsive UIs using ReactJS, Angular, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

o             Integrate front-end components with back-end services.

4.            Software Architecture:

o             Participate in architectural decisions to ensure scalable and secure application designs.

o             Follow best practices for clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

5.            Code Review & Mentorship:

o             Review code written by junior developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

o             Mentor team members and share best practices.

6.            Testing & Debugging:

o             Write unit tests using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest to ensure application reliability.

o             Debug and resolve issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

7.            Agile Development:

o             Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

o             Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.

8.            Documentation:

o             Document technical designs, processes, and solutions.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

•                  Strong expertise in .NET Core/ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework.

•                  Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS or Angular.

•                  Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM tools.

•                  Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Soft Skills:

•             Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

•             Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•             Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications:

•             Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

•             5+ years of experience in .NET development.
