Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM / SAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Time Management (PT) and experience in the Transport or Logistics industry.

The consultant will be responsible for SAP HR Time Management configuration, support, integration, testing, and resolving business issues related to employee time and attendance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP HCM Time Management (PT).
  • Manage Time Evaluation, work schedules, shifts, attendance, absences, overtime, and time quotas.
  • Support integration between SAP Time Management and Payroll.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HR/Time Management issues.
  • Support testing, enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
  • Prepare functional specifications and work with technical/ABAP teams.
  • Support integration with time clocks, attendance, and workforce management systems.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SAP HR.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP Time Management (PT).
  • Experience with Time Evaluation, Work Schedules, Shift Management, Overtime, Attendance & Absence Management.
  • Knowledge of SAP Payroll integration.
  • Working knowledge of SAP PA/OM.
  • Strong configuration, testing, and troubleshooting experience.
  • Transport, Logistics, Fleet, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Distribution industry experience is highly preferred.
