The Role

• Service customer needs and provide expert recommendations on wireless plans and services.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout and after the sales process.
• Stay current and knowledgeable on the latest technology products and services.
• Recommend enhancements or changes to existing products and services.
