The Role

• Ensure guest safety and enjoyment in the pool and water slides at Splash Waterworld.
• Provide excellent customer service with a keen attention to detail.
• Lead and support poolside activities to create memorable guest experiences.
• Support other departments by cleaning accommodation on designated days.
• Work flexibly across different teams, embracing a "Getting Stuck In" approach.

What You'll Need

• A passion for creating fun and safe guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to pass a swim test, including swimming 50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and unaided pool exit.
• A positive and high-spirited attitude.
