The Role

• Lead complex psychotherapeutic treatments and bear chief physician responsibility for assigned patients.
• Shape diagnostic and therapeutic processes at a high professional level, ensuring guideline-based care.
• Lead your multi-professional team with appreciation and target orientation, promoting constructive interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Competently supervise trainees, supporting their professional and personal development.
• Take charge of the independent chief physician management of assigned wards, ensuring high-quality, multi-professional patient care.

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a Specialist in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy.
• Proven ability to work in an interdisciplinary team, take responsibility, and apply structured, independent work methods and organizational skills.
• An empathetic and appreciative demeanor with open communication.
• Experience in leading and supervising healthcare professionals.
