Job Description

The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee.

Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence.

We have state-of-the-art facilities with imaging and diagnostics on-site in New York City, Palm Beach, and Los Angeles, with home services hubs in Miami, Greenwich/Westchester, and the Hamptons in summer. Additional locations are forthcoming in the Bay Area, Miami, and in downtown Manhattan. At each of our Institutes, we deliver personalized preventive medicine grounded in up-to-the-minute science - all in serene environments designed for trust and comfort.

About this role

Atria is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Neurology team, delivering personalized, hands on clinical support to members receiving neurological care. Working in close partnership with neurologists, ACPs, and the broader clinical team, the Neuro RN manages day to day patient care, procedures, and follow up for members being evaluated or treated for cognitive, headache, and other neurological conditions. This role blends clinical excellence with a case management approach, ensuring every member's neurological care plan is executed with precision and compassion.

  • Provide highly personalized nursing care to a select group of members, with an emphasis on neurological wellness, evaluation, and member education
  • Partner with neurologists, ACPs, and the clinical team to implement and monitor individualized neurological care plans
  • Place IV catheters and administer infusions for headache management, stem cell therapies, and other neurology related treatments as needed
  • Perform phlebotomy and coordinate specimen processing in support of neurological workups
  • Conduct neurological data collection using tools such as the olfaction evaluation, Neurocatch (Brain Vitals), and King Devick eye movement testing
  • Liaise with imaging for neuro related studies, complete screening forms, and place IV catheters as needed for contrast studies
  • Follow up with members after visits to assess response to medication adjustments or changes in their care plan
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, coordinate outside specialist referrals, and follow up on consult notes and medical records
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Current New York State Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum 2-3 years of clinical RN experience, ideally within neurology, infusion, or a related specialty, ED, or ICU experience needed
  • Regular hands on experience with phlebotomy and IV placement
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association required; ACLS preferred
  • Comfortable working closely with a multidisciplinary neurology team in a fast paced, growing environment
  • Compassionate, detail oriented, and service driven approach to patient care
  • Able to work full time on site

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
