The Role
This is a cold-calling role at its core, and we mean cold calling done well.
You'll take the time to understand each client's product, identify their ideal customer profile, research prospects, and engage decision-makers through thoughtful, personalized conversations. Your objective is to build genuine connections that lead to qualified sales meetings-not simply make high volumes of calls.
What You'll Own
- Book sales-qualified meetings for Thyleads' clients through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Research target accounts and decision-makers before every outreach.
- Execute personalized outreach through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email.
- Write compelling B2B messaging for outbound campaigns.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with client sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in weekly client meetings and campaign reviews.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve outreach targets.
What You Bring
- 0 -3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in cold calling (mandatory).
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong relationship-building, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
- A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
