The Role

• Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network within the local community.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with clients and internal teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and focus on member retention.
• Be self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable sales business.

What You'll Need

• Previous sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Proficiency with computer systems and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
• Successful completion of background checks, credit checks, and drug screenings.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, along with proof of automobile liability insurance.
