Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Java developer with AI/GenAI expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices, along with practical exposure to AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
* Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
* Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into existing and new applications.
* Work with LLMs, generative AI APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered applications.
* Develop AI integrations using platforms/models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar.
* Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases.
* Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
* Develop secure and high-performance backend services.
* Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, and business teams.
* Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews.
* Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
* Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.

Required Skills:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
* Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17+.
* Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and microservices.
* Good understanding of OOP, collections, multithreading, exception handling, and design patterns.
* Experience with SQL and relational databases.
* Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
* Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
* Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI/LLM-based application development.
* Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG is preferred.
