Position: Appian Lead Architect
Location: Boston,
Duration: 6+ Months
 
 
•
10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, and Technology Leadership, including 3-5+ years leading architecture or engineering teams
•
Deep expertise with the Appian platform, enterprise application integration, and automation solutions
•
Experience designing and delivering large-scale digital platforms, customer-facing web/mobile applications, and cloud-native solutions
•
Strong background in Solution & Enterprise Architecture, technology strategy, governance, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management
•
Hands-on experience with AWS, cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, Spring Boot, and Kafka
•
Knowledge of AI/ML, intelligent automation, IAM, application/API security, Secure SDLC, and data architecture
•
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
•
Strong understanding of performance engineering, observability, monitoring, troubleshooting, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch
•
Proven leadership, executive communication, coaching, mentoring, and digital transformation experience
