They are seeking a seasoned recruiter to drive talent acquisition for critical corporate roles and mentor a recruiting team within a stable and growing organization.

The Role

• Lead complex recruitment assignments for corporate positions and provide mentorship to the recruiting team.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, including application reviews and interviews, to assess qualifications and fit.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive high-caliber candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and create targeted recruitment plans.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Proven ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a driven and positive approach.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
