Job Title: Drupal Developer

Type: Remote

Length: Full Time Permanent

Exp: Mid-Senior level, 10+ years minimum with more recent experience in Drupal development 

• 50% senior Drupal engineer
• 30% web architect
• 20% product and UX thought partner with Marketing 

Requirements

• Spanish will be a plus
• Works during Eastern Standard Time business hours
• Strong communicator comfortable working across IT, Marketing, and business teams 

Someone who can

• Define and lead a modernisation roadmap, including:

• A/B and multivariate testing
• Personalisation and experimentation capabilities
• Incremental modernisation without disrupting editorial workflows

• Partner closely with marketing and business stakeholders to translate goals into technical execution
• Establish patterns and standards for reuse and scale, including:

• Consistent calls to action across the site
• Predictable, reusable page layouts
• Clear guardrails that prevent one‑off pages and design drift
