Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical master's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 14+ years • Total Compensation: $323k+ yearly Job Description: • Architect, develop, and implement complex Java-based software solutions and enterprise APIs. • Utilize modern Java frameworks and li braries such as Spring and Guava within a microservices architecture. • Incorporate next-gen AI coding agents into daily workflows to drive multi-file implementations and automated test generation. • Manage configuration and builds using tools such as Git, Maven, and Nexus within Linux operating environments. • Interface applications with distributed databases, NoSQL datastores, and search engines like Elasticsearch and MongoDB. • Collaborate in an agile development environment using Jira, Confluence, and modern repository platforms. • Perform critical troubleshooting, code auditing, and performance optimization to ensure system security and stability.

Telework: This position supports a hybrid work arrangement with an expected 1 to 2 days per week on-site in Columbia, MD.
