Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow SAM Lead
Location: Remote

Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Extensive experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management / SAM Pro.
Proven experience working as a ServiceNow SAM Lead / Technical Lead.
Experience leading ServiceNow SAM implementations and/or optimization projects.
Strong understanding of software asset lifecycle management.
Experience with software entitlement management, license compliance, reconciliation, and optimization.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven experience facilitating client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Experience collaborating with architects, developers, business teams, and ITAM stakeholders.

Certifications
Required / Preferred:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Software Asset Management preferred.
ServiceNow SAM-related certification/accreditation strongly preferred.
ServiceNow ITAM certifications/accreditations are an advantage
