Job Description

Senior Quant Developer - Fixed Income
A leading global investment manager is seeking a Senior Quant Developer to join its Front Office Fixed Income Technology team in London. This is a hands-on quant development role working directly with Quantitative Researchers to build, enhance, and deploy models that support investment decisions across rates, credit, and FX markets.
You'll play a key role in translating quantitative research into scalable production solutions, developing proprietary analytics and platforms used by investment teams. The role offers significant exposure to fixed income pricing, curve construction, risk analytics, and quantitative modelling within a highly collaborative environment.
Key Requirements
• Recent software engineering or quant development experience within asset management, hedge funds, investment banking, or fintech.
• Advanced Python development skills and strong Linux expertise.
• Experience working directly with front-office stakeholders and quantitative researchers.
• Strong understanding of fixed income markets, products, and analytics, including pricing, yield curves, duration, convexity, and DV01.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Financial Engineering.

Technology Stack - Python | AWS | Docker | SQL | GitLab CI/CD | Linux
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong quantitative developer who wants to combine software engineering, cloud technologies, and fixed income expertise while working on models and analytics that directly influence investment outcomes. You'll partner closely with experienced quants in a genuinely front-office environment and contribute to the full research-to-production lifecycle.
