We are looking for someone who thrives in a small, growing technology business, is comfortable with ambiguity, understands technology, and naturally looks for ways to improve and automate how a business operates.

The Role
You will work directly with leadership and own critical areas across business operations, technology, international logistics, compliance, and AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations: Manage critical SaaS systems, subscriptions, payments, vendors, renewals, and day-to-day operational reliability, including Mojo Helpdesk.
Logistics: Manage China factory relationships and coordinate shipping, logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment across the U.S. and Europe.
Compliance: Own the ongoing SOC 2 Type II program and support new compliance requirements such as FERPA.
Technology & AI: Identify manual processes and implement automation using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok.
Growth & Execution: Build scalable processes, solve cross-functional problems, and take on new responsibilities as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
10+ years in technology, engineering, software, operations, or a related field.
Experience in a small business, startup, or entrepreneurial environment.
Strong mix of business operations + technology + execution.
Software/application development background or strong technical understanding; comfortable with both software and hardware.
Experience with SOC 2/compliance/audits and/or international logistics/supply chain is highly valuable.
Strong communication, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable adopting AI and automation.
Reliable, adaptable, self-directed, and willing to occasionally put in extra hours when needed.
Education: Degree preferred but not required; diploma + relevant experience acceptable. Certifications not required.
