Overnight Data Center Operations Manager

Lead data center operations teams responsible for maintaining AWS infrastructure, including hardware and network diagnostics, physical repairs, ticket prioritization, staffing, logistics, service metrics, outage response, and process improvements. The role may require travel to other data center sites for training or operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage performance of operations teams across locations.
• Recruit, train, and develop data center technicians.
• Oversee daily operations, shift arrangements, queue management, and hardware logistics.
• Monitor operational KPIs and improve processes, workflows, and automation.
• Lead responses to outages and coordinate on-call schedules.
