Accounting Clerk – $38/hr

What will you be doing?

• Enter and maintain accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger transactions in QuickBooks
• Process bills, invoices, purchase orders, credit memos, and vendor payments
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
• Track job costs and assist with customer billing and project‑based accounting
• Maintain all inventory records in QuickBooks, including receipts, adjustments, transfers, and BOM changes
• Work with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate part numbers, revisions, BOM structures, and costed bills
• Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stockouts or over‑purchasing

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• 3–5+ years experience with QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise is highly preferred)
• Experience in a manufacturing, electronics, automotive, distribution, or inventory‑based environment
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic bookkeeping principles
• Experience with inventory tracking, BOMs, POs, and part number systems
