Position Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant to help implement and support AI Governance capabilities within an enterprise ServiceNow environment. This role will focus on building governance frameworks, managing AI lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance and security, and integrating enterprise AI assets using the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow experience along with knowledge of AI governance, risk and compliance, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI Governance and AI Lifecycle Management capabilities within ServiceNow.
• Develop governance frameworks, dashboards, and compliance playbooks for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Support Risk, Compliance, and Security Management for AI solutions.
• Configure Discovery and Observability capabilities for AI assets.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow workflows to support AI governance processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI platforms and related systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define governance requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure AI governance processes align with organizational security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and governance processes.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience developing ServiceNow workflows and automation solutions.
• Knowledge of AI Governance, AI Lifecycle Management, or Responsible AI practices.
• Experience with Risk, Compliance, and Security Management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations using REST APIs and ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
