Inventory Planner
Location: Westborough, Massachusetts (On-site)
COMPENSATION: $22 - $30 HOURLY
Role Overview
The Shipping and Receiving Dock Lead manages trailer operations and performs detailed on-site inventorying. This role oversees inbound and outbound parcel and pallet processing to ensure streamlined logistics. The position requires strong collaboration with technical teams and engineers to coordinate materials and support cross-functional project development.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage, load, and unload trailers while performing detailed on-site inventorying.
• Accept, move, and store inbound parcels and pallets arriving at the facility.
• Process and organize received materials for proper storage and distribution.
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all incoming shipments.
• Assist with the preparation and shipment of outbound parcels and pallets.
• Coordinate outgoing material shipments on behalf of the operations team.
• Operate Powered Industrial Truck equipment safely and in compliance with all safety regulations.
• Manage dock door operations, including scheduling and coordinating deliveries and pickups.
• Interface with engineers and Technical Program Managers regarding material movement.
• Support internal stakeholders in locating, tracking, and shipping materials as needed.

Required Qualifications
Education: Associate degree minimum. Bachelor degree preferred.
Experience: Five years of experience in a warehouse or inventory environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with business software, specifically spreadsheet applications like Excel.
Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate from an organizational perspective to encourage project development.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
