Project Coordinator

A globally leading consumer device company based in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for a Program Coordinator to join their team. This role will support the day-today operational and documentation needs of the IMC2 platform program. IMC2 is an internal loan management and inventory tracking system used across global PR and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Radar Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end creation, filing, and tracking of Radar problem reports on behalf of the business team. This includes drafting radar titles and bodies from requirements documentation, filing in the correct component, assigning to the appropriate owner, and maintaining a running log of radar status across all active workstreams.
• Requirements Documentation: Translate business discussions and meeting notes into structured feature requirements documents, wireframe briefs, and use case write-ups that can be handed directly to the IS&T development team for scoping and implementation.
• Dependency and Blocker Tracking: Maintain visibility into cross-team dependencies and actively follow up with stakeholders between meetings to unblock stalled items before they become escalations. Manage a living action item tracker across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a coordination point between the business team and IS&T for open items, feasibility requests, and timing questions — reducing the volume of ad hoc interruptions to both parties.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a program coordination, project management, or technical business operations role
• Strong written communication skills — ability to translate verbal discussion into clear, precise documentation
• Experience filing and managing Radar problems, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn internal bug and feature tracking systems
• Proficiency with productivity tools including Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and collaboration platforms
• Comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders simultaneously
• High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience supporting an IS&T or software product team in a business-facing coordination role
• Familiarity with inventory management, loan business models, and operations workflows
• Experience working with offshore or cross-regional teams (EMEIA, APAC) 
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months with extension
Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA (hybrid)
Pay range: $30.00 - $34/hr (DOE)
