Job description

Position Title: Senior Project Manager (PM3)
Location: Dimondale, MI
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week / 3 days remote)
Interview Process: 1st Round MS Teams (Virtual) | 2nd Round Onsite

Key Required Skills & Experience

  • Project Management & Delivery: 7+ years managing IT project budgets, schedules, risks, scope, and status reporting.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: 5+ years handling cross-departmental stakeholders and managing multi-vendor environments.
  • Technical Integration & COTS: 5+ years overseeing technical teams in system architecture, SaaS integrations, and COTS implementations.
  • Tools & Frameworks: 5+ years of experience with MS Project, Clarity (PPM), and Plan of Action & Milestones (POAM).

Preferred / Highly Desired Qualifications

  • Certifications: PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Specialized Knowledge: ADA Compliance and File Transfer Services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor project scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Drive clear communication, foster collaboration between technical and business teams, and handle change requests.
  • Manage vendor deliverables and contract adherence effectively.
