The Role • Assist with diagnostic examinations and patient treatments to ensure optimal medical care. • Manage and coordinate appointment schedules, including consultations with other departments and external partners. • Perform pre- and post-operative patient file preparation for consultations, interventions, diagnostics, and surgeries. • Conduct blood draws and ensure complete documentation and preparation of doctor's letters. • Coordinate patient discharge by facilitating communication between medical staff, patients, and families. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent qualification, with experience in clinical settings preferred. • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of responsibility. • Compassion and a strong service orientation when interacting with patients. • Effective communication skills with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments. • Proficiency in common IT systems, particularly hospital information systems (KIS).
