We are seeking a skilled Elektrotechniker/Plant Technician for a leading hospital located directly on the Baltic Sea coast. This facility is a specialized hospital ensuring medical care for the region, with significant expertise in orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine. • Oversee plant maintenance independently, including servicing, inspections, testing, repairs, and upgrades in electrical engineering to ensure uninterrupted operation of technical systems.
• Process incoming fault reports reliably, conduct regular condition checks, and perform technical rounds.
• Provide instructions to subcontractors, supervise their work, and accept the services rendered.
• Actively participate in projects and the energy management team, contributing technical expertise.
• Ensure legally compliant documentation of all performed tasks and participate in on-call duty according to schedule.

• Completed vocational training as a journeyman or master craftsman in electrical engineering (e.g., energy and building technology, building energy and infrastructure systems, plant engineering, or communications and security technology).
• Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office and CAFM systems.
• Enthusiasm for work, teamwork, and service orientation, willingness for continuous professional development, and a driver's license (Class B).
• Ability to quickly analyze technical challenges and solve them independently.
