The Role

• Take on initial specialist leadership responsibilities on our psychosomatic youth ward, with potential for full specialist leadership in the future.
• Gradually assume responsibility for clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment journey for adolescents.
• Represent the Chief Physician in a senior specialist role and contribute significantly to ward development.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or in the 4th year of training as an assistant physician in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with completed or advanced therapy training.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, educational teams, and therapists.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
