The Role

• Lead the treatment of complex psychosomatic conditions and hold attending physician responsibility for assigned patients.
• Oversee diagnostic and therapeutic processes to ensure high-quality, guideline-compliant care.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Supervise and guide trainees in their professional and personal development.
• Contribute to the advancement of specialized treatment areas such as personality disorders, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD.

What You'll Need

• Specialist certification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Proven experience in treatment leadership and an attending physician role.
• Demonstrated leadership competence in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• A keen interest in further developing expertise in personality disorders, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD.
• Empathy, appreciation, initiative, and open communication skills.
