The Role

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing accounts and build new client relationships.
• Prospect and generate leads for target accounts to drive new revenue and expand services within existing accounts.
• Manage account plans within assigned territories, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies for client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.
• Present tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating product benefits, pricing, and value-added services.
• Meet or exceed established sales quotas and regional revenue goals.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of sales experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and sales processes/CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, adapt to changing priorities, and build strong client relationships.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits; willingness to travel over 35%.
