Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer to support, configure, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM administration, application configuration, workflow development, user and security management, and business process automation.

The candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, QA, and external vendors to understand business requirements, troubleshoot application issues, implement CRM enhancements, and improve business productivity.

Candidates with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Jira, Agile methodology, and banking or financial services will be preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administration and/or Development.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and application support.

Strong understanding of CRM user management, security roles, profiles, permissions, and license administration.

Hands-on experience configuring workflows, forms, fields, views, dashboards, reports, and business rules.

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and CRM solutions.

Understanding of programming logic, application development processes, and querying tools.

Familiarity with Jira, Agile methodology, SDLC, and software testing processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
