Jobtailor is building a trusted suite of People performance views, including scorecards and dashboards, to guide workforce decisions in Melbourne. You will translate complex data from Workday and surveys into actionable recommendations while partnering with HR and Finance on KPIs, planning and forecast cycles.
You will drive data literacy across HR, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and turn insights into strategies for engagement, mobility and workforce health.
