Job Title- Identity and Access Management Architect

Direct Hire/Full-Time

Hybrid/Remote in Stratford, CT (Hybrid)

Top Requirements:

• SailPoint IIQ
• IAM best practices and strengthening on premise environments
• Healthcare experience

Secondary Skillsets:

• MS purview and compliance tools
• Azure AD EntraID
• Duo-MFA
• PAM: Delinea

Environment:

• SailPoint IIQ: 10+ years of maturity in their environment
• All on prem, not in the cloud
• Translating architecture into plan and process
• Automating and streamlining process
• Log ins, role provisioning, account pain points and road mapping complex remediation
• Highest level of ticket (if needed), but will want this person to be able to be a technical driver

Background:

• 10+ relative years; senior engineering into architecture and road mapping in current role
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification would put FTEs through the certification and pay for it if they don t have it already
• Bachelors Degree; should have but won t hold up the hire
