Requirements
  • 8 years or more of experience in data science, marketing measurement, econometrics, applied statistics, or commercial analytics.
  • Proficiency in causal inference, incrementality analysis, matched controls, synthetic controls, and difference-in-differences.
  • Experience with experimental design, holdouts, power analysis, minimum detectable effect, baselines, lift, and confidence intervals.
  • Experience with IQVIA, Circana, NielsenIQ, Rx/claims, retail sell-out, media, audience, and other commercial datasets.
  • Experience with ROI measurement, media mix modeling, identity/exposure matching, data quality, bias assessment, and analytical validation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Design measurement frameworks linking marketing activity, audience exposure, and commercial outcomes to business decisions.
  • Define pre-launch baselines, test/control structures, sample requirements, power calculations, and measurement approaches.
  • Apply causal methods to quantify lift, incrementality, ROI, uncertainty, and other commercial performance outcomes.
  • Analyze data quality, seasonality, pricing, promotions, exposure matching, selection bias, and comparison-group validity.
  • Perform and validate analyses across sales, prescription, claims, retail, media, audience, and other commercial datasets.
  • Document reusable measurement methods, analytical standards, reference implementations, and specifications for automation.
