Job Title: Epic Cupid / Structured Reporting Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid / Structured Reporting Analyst to support a healthcare client in the Midwest on an implementation project through December 31, 2026. This role requires a certified Epic professional with expertise in invasive cardiology workflows, structured reporting, testing, and go-live support. Travel of up to 25% is required during on-site Epic project activities.

We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid / Structured Reporting Analyst to support a healthcare client in the Midwest on an implementation project through December 31, 2026. This role requires a certified Epic professional with expertise in invasive cardiology workflows, structured reporting, testing, and go-live support. Travel of up to 25% is required during on-site Epic project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, build, test, and support Epic Cupid and Structured Reporting applications.
- Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including design, build, testing, readiness, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Support invasive cardiology workflows and ensure accurate Structured Reporting configuration.
- Perform charge testing and validate interfaces and integrated workflows.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and system optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support system stabilization during implementation.
- Epic Cupid Certification (required).
- Epic Structured Reporting Certification (required).
- Proven experience with Epic build, testing, implementation readiness, and go-live support.
- Experience supporting Invasive Cardiology, Structured Reporting build, and Charge Testing.
- Proficiency with one or more integrated systems, including Xper, ISCV, ISECG, ZioMonitor/iRhythm, and PaceArt, with interfaces into Epic Cupid.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
