Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Benefits Lead Consultant to support Workday Benefits implementations, enhancements, and ongoing production support. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday Benefits, excellent stakeholder-management skills, and experience translating business requirements into effective Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·          

·         Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with business and HR stakeholders.

·         Conduct solution reviews and translate business requirements into Workday Benefits solutions.

·         Support Workday Benefits configuration, enhancements, and optimization activities.

·         Analyze the impact of business policy, process, and Benefits changes on existing Workday functionality.

·         Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement effective solutions.

·         Develop and support test plans, test scenarios, and functional testing activities.

·         Support deployment and implementation activities across Workday environments.
