Business Analyst - Remote

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Business Analyst - Remote for a contract position with a Global Biotechnology Company.

The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on Business Analyst with advanced Excel and data-analysis skills who can work through large, complex datasets, perform data validation and reconciliation, and quickly prepare information for business review. This role will provide project-based analytical support for an S/4HANA transformation project, with a primary focus on managing and simplifying large, complex data sets. The role will use advanced Excel and analytical capabilities to transform raw testing data into clear, manageable outputs to assess results, identify issues and trends, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze large, complex Excel data sets generated through S/4HANA clinical testing
• Consolidate, clean, structure, and simplify provided data into decision-ready outputs
• Develop clear summaries, trackers, and analyses that highlight key findings, exceptions, trends, and areas requiring management attention
• Support S/4HANA clinical testing activities through data analysis, reconciliation, and issue/defect tracking as needed
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support testing progress and management decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or Master's degree and 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with large and complex data sets
• Strong analytical and data-management skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• SAP experience
• Previous experience leading teams, projects, or programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Desired skills:

• SAP S/4HANA and/or supply chain experience
• Data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and data review experience
• Testing/UAT and test script experience
• Ability to compare information across multiple files/tables and identify missing or inconsistent data
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Clinical Supply Chain experience

Pay range: up to $45.35 per hour
