Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support customer enrollment operations, payment processing, and reporting for our Flexible Pricing Rate Pilot program. In this role, you will serve as a central operational link between account managers, internal stakeholders, third-party platform providers, and Automation Service Providers (ASPs).

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Data Operations, or Program Operations.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency with analytical and reporting tools (Excel including Pivot Tables, charts, complex formulas; Access; or similar tools).
• Payment & Data Processing: Demonstrated experience in manual data entry, payment processing, and financial reconciliation.
• Attention to Detail & Communication: Exceptional focus on data accuracy and form validation; strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the utility sector or a similarly regulated environment handling customer programs, tariffs, or rate structures.
• Familiarity with SAP Billing and Payment systems.
• Hands-on experience with advanced business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI, SAS)
