Job Description

A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle complex incidents and implement resolutions
A knack for conducting IT infrastructure assessment and identifying key optimization opportunities

The ability to work with cross-functional teams
Required Skills :
Hands on experience with Reporting tools, JIRA/Horizon, Remedy ITSM .

Experience with Reporting platforms, enterprise data repositories, operational data layers to perform data extraction, analysis, KPI reporting, governance reporting, trend analysis, and executive dashboard creation.
