Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours

About the Role:

We re looking for an experienced AWS IAM / Cloud Identity Engineer to join a brand-new AI Identity Solutions team. This is a highly visible opportunity to build AWS identity architecture and security practices from the ground up, including IAM roles, policies, workload identities, authentication, authorization, and federation. Experience securing AI/GenAI platforms is a plus, but strong hands-on AWS IAM and cloud identity experience is the priority.

What We re Looking For:

• Design and implement AWS IAM policies, roles, and permissions


• Secure application and workload identities within AWS


• Partner with AI platform teams to integrate identity into new AI products


• Review and improve access controls across AWS environments


• Support authentication and authorization requirements for AI applications


• Build foundational AWS identity architecture for new platforms


• Participate in architecture discussions around emerging AI use cases

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $80 $83 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
