ERP Data Migration Lead (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Implementation)

We are seeking an experienced Data Lead to oversee the data workstream for a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementation. This role will partner with business stakeholders, Systems Integrators (SIs), and project teams to define and execute the data strategy, ensuring successful migration from legacy systems to the future-state environment.

Required Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of experience leading ERP data migration and implementation projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (required/preferred).
• Strong understanding of data strategy, data governance, and data quality management.
• Experience working with Systems Integrators and cross-functional business teams.
• Proven ability to manage data migration plans, timelines, risks, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, and data integration concepts.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP implementations and legacy system migrations.
