Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Excel-based gap analyses and quality checks to identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate employee, position, organizational, and system data.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced Excel functionality, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, conditional logic, and reconciliation techniques.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Provide project support across HR, HRIS, Payroll, Operations, and other teams involved in year-end readiness and integration activities.
  • Help maintain project trackers, issue logs, status updates, and other working documents to support visibility and follow-through.
  • Follow established data handling, confidentiality, and compliance practices when working with employee and organizational information.
  • Perform other related project support tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel proficiency, including experience working with large data sets, formulas, filters, lookups, pivot tables, and data comparisons.
  • Experience performing data audits, gap analysis, data cleanup, or similar analytical work.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and core HR data structures; experience with UKG is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort supporting guided HRIS configuration tasks, data imports, data corrections, or workflow changes under direction from HRIS team members.
  • Ability to detect inconsistencies, errors, and missing information in HRIS and workforce data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track work through completion.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and ask thoughtful follow-up questions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience supporting HRIS, Payroll, Talent, or People Operations projects.
  • Experience with year-end People Operations, payroll, and compliance activities.
  • Experience with system integrations, HR data conversions, and post-integration data validation.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced project environment with evolving priorities and deadlines.

What We Offer:
