The Role

• Visualize customer kitchen desires using modern 3D planning tools.
• Design and present bespoke kitchen concepts, balancing style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial consultation to contract closure.
• Handle quoting, objection handling, and coordination of project logistics (delivery, installation).
• Drive sales growth within the company's expanding kitchen segment.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current market trends.
• Proficiency with professional kitchen planning software (e.g., KPS, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• A confident, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Creative flair and an eye for current kitchen design trends.
