CRM Transformation Lead - Elevate Customer Experience

Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is inviting applications for a Project Lead (CRM) to drive the CRM and Billing transformation in Northern Victoria. Based in Tatura, you will lead CRM requirements, process design and solution assurance, shaping customer journeys and service interactions.

You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams, support testing and data migration, and ensure CRM outcomes meet customer, operational and compliance needs during an agile project delivery.
