Role Summary

The engagement focuses on assessing the architecture and production readiness of a real-time Agent Guidance platform ahead of a major enterprise deployment.

The ideal candidate has personally built, scaled, or led production Agent Assist, Agent Guidance, Speech AI, or Live Transcription platforms, with strong experience in streaming ASR, low-latency architectures, concurrent audio streams, and enterprise deployment environments.
