Position Overview

We are looking for experienced UAE-qualified legal professionals with strong expertise in Commercial Fraud, Corporate Compliance, and/or Regulatory Matters to support a Client legal project.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid UAE legal license/qualification from the applicable jurisdiction and must be currently located in the UAE. Although the engagement is remote, candidates must be local to the UAE.

Key Requirements

• Valid UAE legal license/qualification relevant to the applicable practice jurisdiction.
• Must be currently located in the UAE.
• Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
  • Commercial Fraud
  • Corporate Compliance
  • Regulatory Affairs / Regulatory Matters
• Experience advising businesses on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Strong understanding of UAE commercial laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to conduct legal research, analyze complex legal matters, and provide practical legal guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
• Relevant legal education and professional credentials required.
