Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A leading construction consultancy in Manchester is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its established team. The successful Project Manager will work across a varied portfolio of hotel, residential and commercial projects, supporting clients from early feasibility through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to broaden their sector experience and take on greater responsibility. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors across a range of high-quality developments.

The consultancy is looking for a confident Project Manager who can manage programmes, coordinate project teams and build strong client relationships. The incoming Project Manager will manage their own schemes while supporting senior colleagues on larger projects, providing the Project Manager with excellent project exposure.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role. The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will manage projects through the full construction lifecycle, from initial planning and design through procurement, construction and handover.

Responsibilities will include managing programmes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, leading client meetings, monitoring progress and identifying risks. The Project Manager The successful Project Manager will ideally have:
