As part of our growing Bricks & Masonry team in Ranskill, you'll help manufacture high-quality brick and stone walling products while working alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive, hands-on environment. With five production teams, strong teamwork and exciting growth plans, this is an opportunity to join a site where your contribution matters and your career can develop. You will join a close-knit team of experienced operators, Team Leaders and Engineers who work together to keep production running efficiently and safely. With growing demand and exciting investment in stone walling products, there's never been a better time to join a site that's evolving and creating new opportunities for its people. Whether you're operating machinery, supporting production processes or helping maintain quality standards, you'll play an important role in building products that last for generations.
What are the mission-critical skills?
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment operating a line
- A great team player with fine attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- FLT counter balance license would be advantageous
- A forward thinking mindset continually looking to improve processes
