AI/ML Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. The ideal candidate should have experience developing machine learning models, analyzing data, and implementing AI-driven solutions. Python programming experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning models.
• Apply machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and improve predictive accuracy.
• Perform data preprocessing, data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Implement supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
• Evaluate model performance and fine-tune algorithms for improved results.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to develop AI/ML solutions.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models.
• Explore AI technologies, deep learning, and natural language processing as needed.
• Document model development, testing, and implementation processes.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Experience in model training, testing, evaluation, and optimization.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Python programming experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter Notebook.
• Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.
• Exposure to Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
• Familiarity with Git and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
